1. Toggl Plan

Toggl Plan is our go to team calendar. While we do use multiple tools for team management and shared calendars, Toggl Plan is the main one. We use it both for sharing tasks with one another and for long/short tear planning.

Toggl Plan is your one stop shop for creating roadmaps, planning a quarter, having a main team plan while dividing all the work in projects and a whole lot more.

All of that is shared on a timeline so your coworkers and clients can see it. The team calendar is sharable with other people outside of your organization.

With Toggl Plan you can color code tasks, view vacation days of your employees and colleagues based on their locations, add multiple groups, enable visually impaired more, get monthly stats on your team's performance and import tasks from your other task management software.

Price: Free for teams of less than 5, paid plans start at $8/user per month

Integrations: GitHub, GitLab, Basecamp, Slack, Toggl, Trello, Podio, Asana, JIRA, and Bitbucket.

2. Google Calendar

Google calendar is the tool that we use for planning our meetings and sending each other invitations. Google can work really great for your team as a secondary team calendar just to add those small tasks that you aren't really related to your ongoing project. If you have a Google account, you have access to Google Calendar. You just need to go to calendar.google.com or open the Calendar app on your Android phone in order to use it. Rather than making categories for events, you can make multiple calendars. Each calendar is accessible within the common interface, but each one can have different management settings. This way you could make a calendar for work, a calendar for home and a calendar for your local bridge club without these worlds colliding.

3. Fruux

Germany-based Fruux, which was founded in 2010, offers a simple and elegant solution for keeping your contacts and calendars in sync between all of your phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
